The 2023 development plan：Keep the original advantages, and continue to expand production capacity

As we all know, affected by the COVID-19, the import and export business of China and even the world have suffered a severe impact in the past 3 years. At the end of 2022,China fully liberalized the epidemic control policy which means a lot to the global trading.

For HY Metals, the impact is also obvious.

When the whole market was still on the sidelines, our boss, Sammy Xue saw and seized the opportunity to purchase a large number of equipment and expand the factory, which doubled our production capacity.

Till Feb 10^th,2023, HY Metals own 7 factories and 3 sales office in China including 4 sheet metal factories and 3 CNC machining Factories, more than 200 sets sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining machines fully running for the current prototype and production orders. And there are around 300 skilled employees are working for HY Metals Group.

It is not an exaggeration to say that every machine in China is working overtime in order to catch up with orders delayed due to the Spring Festival holiday(7-14days), especially in our custom parts industry and especially in HY Metals.

Facing the pressure from customers to expedite parts, we have been trying our best to improve and ensure the quality and lead time meanwhile.

The busy rhythm of the factory and the continuous coming-up orders from customers indicate that the market in 2023 will be prosperous, progressive and worthy to strive for and believe in.

We have several plans for 2023:

Continuously improve production capacity and improve management level to get 5 targets:

1) Keep all of our 7 factories operation rate above 90%, both Day and Night shift;

2) Keep the Delivery-Good-product Rate above 98%; Maintain the advantage of Good Quality;

3) Keep the on-time delivery rate of prototype orders above 95%, and control the delay time range no longer than 7 days; Maintain the advantage of Fast Turnaround;

4) Help regular customers growing steady; Maintain the advantage of Good Service;

5) Expand into more new customers;
